1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products & Services

Mia Creative Flowers provides luxury floral arrangements, gift items, and related delivery services. All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

• Product images are representative. Natural flowers may vary in color, size, and bloom stage.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value if specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonal or supply constraints.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or text message at the contact information you provide.
• Custom or special-occasion orders may require advance notice. Please contact us to discuss timelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

• Prices include the arrangement only. Delivery fees, applicable taxes, and gratuity are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery fees vary by zone and may include holiday surcharges during peak periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
• Sales tax is applied in accordance with Florida state and local requirements.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout South Florida. Delivery availability, fees, and scheduling are determined by your delivery address and selected date.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time displayed on our Site.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• The recipient or a responsible person must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the delivery may be left at the door or a redelivery fee may apply.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total.
• Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue — either through a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Communications & Messaging

By providing your phone number and/or email address during checkout or account registration, you consent to receive the following communications from Mia Creative Flowers:

• Transactional messages: Order confirmations, delivery notifications, payment receipts, and order status updates.
• Customer service messages: Responses to your inquiries, delivery coordination, and scheduling communications.
• Promotional messages: Special offers, new product announcements, holiday reminders, and seasonal promotions (only if you have opted in).

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at miacreativeflowers@gmail.com. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional messages related to your orders.

8. Account Registration

You may create an account on our Site to track orders, save delivery addresses, and manage flower calendar subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
