Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mia Creative Flowers, we take pride in every arrangement we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

Freshness Guarantee

All our arrangements come with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If your flowers wilt or deteriorate within 7 days of delivery (when properly cared for), we will replace them free of charge.

Quality Issues

If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Send a photo of the arrangement to miacreativeflowers@gmail.com
We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery
Cancellations within 4 hours of delivery may incur a 25% fee
Custom wedding and event orders require 72 hours notice for cancellation

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns on delivered arrangements. However, our satisfaction guarantee ensures you'll receive a replacement or refund if there's a quality issue.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 2 business days.
